SEABROOK

- New Hampshire -

Seabrook's Location

As the southern most town along New Hampshire's short 13 miles of coastline, Seabrook offers easy commutes into Massachusetts and is still only a quick 20 minute drive up I-95 to get to Portsmouth and Southern Maine. Similar to the town of Hampton, Seabrook has a beach district that attracts tourists during the summer months and features one of New Hampshire's sandiest beaches.

People from all along the Seacoast as well as Northern Massachusetts visit Seabrook to take advantage of its robust business district along Route 1. Many national brand retailers have opened stores along this corridor  which has made for a strong revitalization of the area in the past decade.

Home values in Seabrook vary greatly, with some of the most expensive real estate located at the beach. In 2017, the average home in Seabrook sold for $422,363.00, making the town an affordable option for families looking to live along the Seacoast.
